My first impression was that the return would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more annoying than expected. The whole process dragged on too long, and I had to wait much longer than I should have to get it sorted out

I bought a pair of leggings from Lorna Jane and, from what I can tell, they passed the squat test. I wore them on leg day and didn’t notice any see-through issues, though I haven’t tested them in every kind of lighting or anything. So far, happy with them.

I paid way too much for these leggings expecting something really nice, but they just felt average. After only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose, which was really disappointing. I also tried asking about it and kept getting inconsistent answers, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected better and wouldn’t say they were worth it

At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, because it was really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I got frustrated trying to use the menu. It kept sending me in circles, and it felt like one of those automated systems that's supposed to help but just makes everything more annoying. I just wanted to find what I needed without guessing through a bunch of confusing options.

I’ve ordered from them twice now and both packages arrived when they said they would. The tracking wasn’t amazing or anything, but it gave me enough info to know roughly where things were. No complaints really.

I found a few clothes I liked, but the promo code situation was frustrating. The site was showing a discount on the banner, then when I got to checkout it wouldn’t apply to the items in my cart. Support took a while to get back to me too. it felt a bit misleading, so I wouldn’t call it a great shopping experience

Just a heads up, if you see leggings you like here, don’t wait around. Every time I find a pair I actually want, my size is already sold out. I even signed up for the restock emails and still haven’t heard anything. frustrating, especially if you’re counting on getting a specific size.
